We are seeking a Brand & Communications Executive based at the brand's head office in London.

An exciting opportunity to join a growing hotel & lifestyle brand, currently operating four hotels across Ibiza, Kos, Andalusia and Bodrum, with more locations launching soon. OKU, derived from the Japanese concept meaning "inner space," is a collection of soulful, laidback luxury hotels. THE ROLE
We are looking for an enthusiastic Brand & Communications Executive to support the Brand & Communications team in implementing OKU’s marketing, PR, and social media strategy. This role is ideal for someone with 2-3 years of experience in luxury hospitality, travel, or lifestyle brands who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong organisational skills, and keeps a pulse on social media and industry trends.
KEY RESPONSABILITES
Brand guardianship:
- Assist in maintaining OKU’s brand identity across all channels, ensuring consistency in visuals and messaging.
- Coordinate the development of brand materials (e.g. brochures, menus, hotel information etc).
- Support the execution of photo and video shoots, working with photographers, videographers, and content creators.
- Research and propose brand partnerships that align with OKU’s vision.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and innovations in luxury hospitality and travel.
PR & Influencer Relations:
- Assist in liaising with journalists, influencers, and PR agencies, ensuring all materials are in line with OKU’s brand guidelines.
- Help organize press trips, ensuring seamless coordination and execution.
- Track media coverage, influencer collaborations, and PR campaigns, reporting on their impact.
- Support the preparation of press materials, including fact sheets, press releases, and interview briefings.
Social Media & Digital Marketing:
- Assist in planning and scheduling social media content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTok.
- Engage with OKU’s online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
- Support in influencer collaborations, helping to identify and manage partnerships.
- Monitor analytics and trends, reporting on engagement and performance.
- Assist in email marketing campaigns, from drafting content to reviewing performance insights.
WHAT WE´RE LOOKING FOR
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or PR within luxury hospitality, travel, or lifestyle brands.
- Passion for travel and holistic living, aligned with OKU’s values.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a creative mindset.
- Social media savvy, with an understanding of emerging trends and influencer marketing.
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to take on new challenges in a growing brand.
