This role presents an exciting opportunity to be part of a prestigious and growing hotel & lifestyle brand. As a Cluster Reservation Agent, you will be responsible for managing guest reservations efficiently, responding to inquiries professionally, and optimizing the hotel’s occupancy levels.
You will be working at OKU’s newest luxurious location, opening in June 2026 in Bodrum, Turkey. This hands-on role invites you to be part of an award-winning brand known for its commitment to quality and excellence.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE
Manage reservation requests for both OKU Bodrum and OKU Kos via phone, email, online booking platforms, and direct channels.
Respond to guest inquiries in a professional, timely, and brand-appropriate manner.
Check room availability, rates, packages, restrictions, and special offers for both properties.
Provide guests with accurate information regarding room types, hotel facilities, promotions, cancellation policies, and payment conditions.
Process new reservations, amendments, cancellations, and no-shows accurately in the reservation system.
Ensure all guest profiles, booking details, preferences, and special requests are entered and updated correctly.
Coordinate VIP reservations, repeat guests, special occasions, and special requests with the relevant departments.
Work closely with the Revenue, Sales & Marketing, and Front Office teams to support occupancy, revenue, and guest satisfaction targets.
Monitor booking trends, reservation changes, cancellations, and no-shows, and escalate relevant updates when necessary.
Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly reservation reports for management.
Support upselling opportunities by promoting room upgrades, packages, experiences, and additional hotel services.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of rates, promotions, packages, seasonal offers, and hotel policies for both properties.
Follow all reservation procedures, brand standards, data protection requirements, and internal communication guidelines.
Ensure a consistent and seamless guest journey from the first inquiry until arrival.
Support cluster reservation operations by maintaining clear communication between OKU Bodrum and OKU Kos teams.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Previous experience in hotel reservations, front office, or guest services is preferred.
Experience in a luxury hotel or lifestyle hospitality brand is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of reservation systems such as Opera, Fidelio, or similar systems is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Additional language skills are considered a plus.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy in handling reservation data.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
