This role presents an exciting opportunity to be part of a prestigious and rapidly growing hotel & lifestyle brand. The Hostess will be responsible for welcoming guests, ensuring smooth restaurant operations, and creating an exceptional dining experience.

You will be working from OKU’s newest luxurious location, opening in May 2026 in Bodrum, Turkey. This hands-on role invites the candidate to become part of an award-winning brand recognized for its commitment to quality and excellence.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE

• Welcome guests professionally and provide a brief introduction to the restaurant.

• Escort guests to their tables and manage reservations efficiently.

• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant entrance and dining area.

• Collect guest feedback, ensure satisfaction, and report issues to management when necessary.

• Handle phone reservations and maintain accurate booking records.

• Support the service team by coordinating restaurant operations.

• Perform opening and closing checks, ensuring all setups are complete.

• Possess strong knowledge of the menu, beverages, and wines to assist guests with recommendations.

• Be knowledgeable about hotel services and direct guests accordingly.

• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the department manager.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or guest relations.

• A guest-oriented service approach with a professional attitude.

• Excellent communication skills and a well-groomed appearance.

• Ability to work well within a team and adapt to flexible working hours.

• Fluency in English (Additional language skills are a plus).
