This role is an exciting opportunity to be part of a prestigious and growing hotel & lifestyle brand. As a Doorman, you will be responsible for greeting guests at the entrance, assisting with luggage and vehicle parking, and ensuring a seamless first impression and guest experience.

You will be working at OKU’s newest luxurious location, opening in May 2026 in Bodrum, Turkey. This hands-on role invites you to be part of an award-winning brand known for its commitment to quality and excellence.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE

• Warmly greet guests at the hotel entrance and assist them as needed.

• Help guests with their luggage and provide assistance with transportation.

• Ensure smooth valet parking services and manage vehicle traffic at the entrance.

• Supervise the main entrance to maintain order and a welcoming atmosphere.

• Provide guests with general information about the hotel and its facilities.

• Stay informed about local events and attractions to offer recommendations.

• Direct guest requests to the appropriate department and ensure follow-up.

• Call taxis for guests and provide drivers with the necessary directions.

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the entrance and luggage storage areas.

• Assist with VIP guest arrivals and departures, ensuring seamless service.

• Report any unusual incidents to the Security Department and management.

• Follow all hotel safety and fire emergency protocols.

• Work closely with the Bellboy Captain and Front Office team to ensure excellent guest service.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Front Office Manager or Bellboy Captain.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in a similar hospitality role is preferred.

• Excellent customer service skills with a guest-first attitude.

• Well-groomed, professional, and energetic personality.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Fluency in Turkish is required; English proficiency is a plus.
