This role presents an exciting opportunity to be part of a prestigious and rapidly growing hotel & lifestyle brand. The Bartender will be responsible for maintaining high standards in beverage service, enhancing guest experiences, and effectively utilizing upselling techniques.
You will be working from OKU’s newest luxurious location, opening in May 2026 in Bodrum, Turkey. This hands-on role invites the candidate to become part of an award-winning brand recognized for its commitment to quality and excellence.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE
• Prepare all beverages and cocktails listed on the menu, ensuring high-quality presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, following hygiene standards.
• Manage beverage inventory, report shortages, and assist in ordering processes.
• Engage with guests, provide drink recommendations, and apply upselling techniques.
• Comply with hotel procedures and safety regulations, following fire and security protocols.
• Ensure the safe storage of all beverages and follow beverage control procedures.
• Uphold personal grooming and uniform standards, maintaining a professional appearance.
• Handle guest checks and cash transactions, ensuring accuracy in payments.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, maintaining a professional and team-oriented attitude.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management, supporting other departments when necessary.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, bar management, or food & beverage service.
• Knowledge of cocktail preparation and beverage management.
• Strong guest-focused service approach with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to high-demand service periods.
• Adherence to hygiene and safety regulations.
• Fluency in English is required. Other languages are a plus.
